Booking policy
We run small-group trips on a real boat with a real crew. When you book a seat, we hold it — driver scheduled, boat fueled and prepped, and the group capped so it never gets crowded. That only works when everyone honors their booking. Here's exactly how it works — the same terms you agreed to at checkout.

Then your request most likely falls outside the free-change window below. We know that's not the answer you were hoping for, and we don't say it lightly — the rest of this page explains exactly why we can't make an exception on a small trip like ours.

Once you're past the times above, the booking is locked in:
In plain terms
If you're reading this because you canceled, moved, or missed a trip inside your window, the payment is not refundable and the seat is closed out. This isn't an extra fee — it's the reservation you made on a trip that was already held and run for you.
The boat leaves at your departure time — we cannot wait a single minute past it.
Give yourself a real buffer for parking at Pier 5 and be at the dock early — that's the only way to get every minute you paid for.
We're not a big operation moving hundreds of people a day. A typical trip is just a handful of seats. When one person cancels last-minute or doesn't show up:
Holding everyone to the same window is what keeps our groups small, our prices fair, and our crew paid. We'd rather be straight with you than quietly raise every price to cover the people who don't show.
If we ever call off a trip for unsafe water, weather, or a mechanical issue, that's on us — you'll get a free reschedule or a full refund, your call. This policy only covers changes you make.
