Reservations are made and paid through our booking provider, FareHarbor. Your booking is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation. Prices, availability, and session details are as shown at the time of booking.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are presented during the booking process and in your confirmation. Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled by us due to weather, water conditions, mechanical issues, or safety considerations, in which case we will offer a reschedule or refund as applicable.
Wakesurfing, wakeboarding, and boating involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all instructions from our crew and to wear provided safety equipment. Participants may be required to sign a separate liability waiver before any on-water activity. You confirm that participants are in suitable health to take part.
For everyone’s safety, illegal activity is not permitted on board, and our crew may decline or end a session for behavior that endangers passengers, crew, or the vessel. No refund is provided where a session is ended for safety or conduct reasons.
You must be of legal age to make a booking. Minors may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
All content on this website — including text, logos, photography, and video — is owned by or licensed to Wake Club Miami LLC and may not be copied or used without permission. Media captured during sessions may be used for promotional purposes; let us know if you prefer to opt out.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wake Club Miami LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in our experiences, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
